1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Hebat303 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the Hebat303 website located at https://hebat303.cam and all associated services, including online casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, promotional offers, and customer support channels.

• You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from the Platform under a prior account or identity.

3.2 Hebat303 reserves the absolute right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account at its discretion where eligibility criteria are not met, or where there is a reasonable suspicion that eligibility requirements have been circumvented.

4. Account Registration & Management

4.1 Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the Platform at any time. Creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances.

4.2 During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. Hebat303 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

4.4 Hebat303 conducts KYC verification procedures consistent with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer standards. You may be required to submit documentation including a copy of your Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad), passport, or utility bill. Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges.

4.5 Account Currency

All accounts on Hebat303 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). Deposits made via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, DuitNow, and FPX are processed natively in MYR without currency conversion charges. Cryptocurrency deposits (BTC, USDT) are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of receipt.

5. Deposits & Payment Methods

5.1 Hebat303 supports the following deposit methods for Malaysian players: FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, AmBank), DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Bitcoin (BTC), and Tether (USDT). Additional methods may be made available from time to time at Hebat303's discretion.

5.2 The minimum deposit amount is RM20 for most local payment methods. Cryptocurrency deposits carry a minimum equivalent of RM50. Maximum deposit limits may vary by account tier and are displayed within the Cashier section of your account.

5.3 All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Hebat303 does not accept deposits from third-party sources. Any deposits received from an unverified or third-party payment source may be refunded, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

5.4 Hebat303 does not charge transaction fees on deposits. However, individual payment providers (e-wallets, banks) may apply their own standard transaction charges, which are the sole responsibility of the Player.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless an alternative method is approved by Hebat303's finance team following a written request. This policy exists to comply with AML obligations.

6.2 Withdrawals via e-wallet (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers via FPX and DuitNow are typically processed within 2 to 4 hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals may take up to 24 hours depending on blockchain confirmation times and network load.

6.3 Before a withdrawal can be processed, the Player must: (a) have fully completed KYC verification; (b) have satisfied all applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds; and (c) not have any pending investigations or flags on the account.

6.4 Hebat303 reserves the right to request additional documentation prior to processing any withdrawal, in accordance with our AML and fraud prevention obligations. Players are required to respond to such requests within 7 calendar days; failure to do so may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal processing.

7. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

7.1 All bonuses and promotional offers made available on Hebat303 are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, which may include wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game contribution rates, maximum bet restrictions during bonus play, expiry windows, and maximum cashout limits.

7.2 Unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply to all Hebat303 promotions:

• Bonus funds must be wagered at least once before they can be used to meet any wagering requirement.
• The maximum bet per spin or round while bonus funds are active is RM25, unless a lower limit is specified in the promotion terms.
• Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) contribute between 10%–20%, unless stated otherwise.

7.4 Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, or placing low-risk hedging bets to clear a bonus — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

8. Game Rules & Betting

8.1 All games available on Hebat303, including slots, live dealer games, virtual sports, and sportsbook markets, are governed by the rules of the respective Game Provider or sports betting engine. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable game rules before placing wagers.

8.2 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game round or betting event, Hebat303 and its Game Providers reserve the right to void affected bets and return the staked amount. Hebat303 will not be liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

8.3 All game outcomes on certified slot and table game titles are determined by independently audited random number generator (RNG) systems. The published RTP percentages for available games reflect theoretical long-term return rates and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

9. Prohibited Conduct

• Creating multiple accounts or using the identity of another person to register.

• Collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit Platform vulnerabilities.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities — any winnings derived from such exploits will be voided.
• Money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the Platform for any financial crime.
• Abusing bonuses, including matched betting against Hebat303's own sportsbook or casino using promotional funds.
• Sharing account credentials with any third party or allowing a third party to operate your account.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

10.1 Hebat303 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, unlawful conduct, or a threat to the integrity of the Platform.

10.2 Upon suspension, Hebat303 will conduct an internal review. If the Player is found to have breached these Terms, all associated balances — including real money funds and bonus funds — may be forfeited. If no breach is found, any withheld funds will be returned to the Player within a reasonable timeframe.

10.3 A Player may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting our support team. Where a Player has self-excluded under the Responsible Gambling Policy, the self-exclusion period takes precedence and the account may not be reopened for the duration of that period.

11. Responsible Gambling

12.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal and non-commercial entertainment purposes. 13. Limitation of Liability
